Sauna Ostara was created to enable locals and visitors to experience scandi sauna tradition immersed in nature. Ostara comes from the Celtic wheel of seasons and means a time for rejuvenation, balance, and connection – a fitting alignment with communal sauna tradition and deep heat exposure.
Sauna Ostara envisions being a cosy space to relax and reconnect, bringing the calming and healing power of traditional saunas to the beachfront of Nairn. Our goal is to offer a space to unwind, reconnect with nature, and cultivate mental and physical well-being.
