Our two bedroom holiday cottage is attached to the B&B but is self contained with its own entrance. On the ground floor there is a light and airy living area with dining section and a small kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

A small double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the first floor are both en-suite, the double with a shower and the twin with a bath. The twin room is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living area and as such may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of four persons plus a cot. No pets are allowed. A small garden (shared with the owners) is available for guests use. 

Unique single-roomed property boasting the best seagulls-eye views. Full length windows provide 120° views, and you may catch the Northern Lights! A telescope ensures you have the best views of the night sky, and the scenery. Not accessible for those with mobility problems, stair access only.

Duntroon is a Georgian Villa built around 1830 and has a south facing aspect. Queen Street is a quaint, charming street consisting of Georgian and Victorian houses and also St. Ninnians Church and St. Columbas Church. Duntroon offers parking for 4 vehicles in the drive, and has easy walking access to the railway station in Nairn, bus routes and is 5 miles from Inverness Airport.

Duntroon offers quality holiday accommodation with 5 bedrooms, (4 en-suite) and also a large sunny garden. Open for holiday lets all year round.

Sutors’ Hauf is a recently renovated and modernised, traditional, 1 bedrooom cottage in the historic Fishertown area of Nairn. We think it’s the perfect romantic retreat to the Highlands of Scotland.

Situated a stone’s throw from the High Street and short walk from the seaside we offer a fantastic stay for visitors to drink in the relaxing costal atmosphere with quick access to local hospitality. The accommodation is set back from the street within its own shared gardens, including outdoor seating and a private storage shed for sports or outdoor equipment.
The accommodation offers a sizeable living room with a real flame gas fire, kitchen/dining room, double and twin bedrooms, shower and bath facilities and all the comforts of home. The upstairs master bedroom is set in our vast loft conversion with comforting sloped ceilings. Here we also have an adjacent box room adding extra sleeping accommodation for larger families/group
The quaint garden space is ideal to sit out, kick back and soak in the seaside air with a coffee or something stronger.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. They will also benefit from use of our shed storage space and shared access to our secluded garden space. We have a high chair and travel cot available for families to use with small children.
