Apple Tree Cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the seaside resort of Nairn. Ideal for families and exploring the Scottish Highlands, it is in easy reach of historic sites such as Cawdor Castle, Brodie, Culloden and Fort George, and natural wonders like Loch Ness and the Cairngorms. Nairn, on the Moray Firth, is famous for its dolphins and some of the best beaches in Scotland, with Culbin forest and Findhorn bay nearby. Nairn boasts two championship golf courses, one just yards from the cottage. Duntroon is a Georgian Villa built around 1830 and has a south facing aspect. Queen Street is a quaint, charming street consisting of Georgian and Victorian houses and also St. Ninnians Church and St. Columbas Church. Duntroon offers parking for 4 vehicles in the drive, and has easy walking access to the railway station in Nairn, bus routes and is 5 miles from Inverness Airport.
