30th November 2024
Join us in Nairn for a winter celebration including craft fayre, Christmas street market, indoor market, choirs, and roasted chestnuts washed down with mulled wine and the traditional Christmas Lights switch-on. With live music and, of course, a very special Christmas visitor, this fun family Street Party is one of the highlights of Christmas in the Highlands.
Street Market, Entertainment and Santa’s grotto on Nairn High Street, which is closed to traffic, from 10am until 4pm, culminating in Santa, and the winner of the children’s bauble competition, switching on the lights being piped in at 4pm.
Indoor stalls and entertainments will be in Nairn’s Community and Arts Centre from 10am until 3pm – allowing folk to make their way over to the High Street in time to watch the big event!
