The accommodation is set back from the street within its own shared gardens, including outdoor seating and a private storage shed for sports or outdoor equipment.
The accommodation offers a sizeable living room with a real flame gas fire, kitchen/dining room, double and twin bedrooms, shower and bath facilities and all the comforts of home. The upstairs master bedroom is set in our vast loft conversion with comforting sloped ceilings. Here we also have an adjacent box room adding extra sleeping accommodation for larger families/group
The quaint garden space is ideal to sit out, kick back and soak in the seaside air with a coffee or something stronger.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. They will also benefit from use of our shed storage space and shared access to our secluded garden space. We have a high chair and travel cot available for families to use with small children.

Ideal for families and exploring the Scottish Highlands, it is in easy reach of historic sites such as Cawdor Castle, Brodie, Culloden and Fort George, and natural wonders like Loch Ness and the Cairngorms. Nairn, on the Moray Firth, is famous for its dolphins and some of the best beaches in Scotland, with Culbin forest and Findhorn bay nearby. Nairn boasts two championship golf courses, one just yards from the cottage. Our two bedroom holiday cottage is attached to the B&B but is self contained with its own entrance. On the ground floor there is a light and airy living area with dining section and a small kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

A small double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the first floor are both en-suite, the double with a shower and the twin with a bath. The twin room is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living area and as such may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of four persons plus a cot. No pets are allowed. A small garden (shared with the owners) is available for guests use.
