The writer’s den is an historic Highland Hideaway, once the original kitchen of the 18th century main house. It has been lovingly transformed into a private retreat, full of character and handcrafted details. Review: “Riverside View perfect holiday location. The cottage has everything you could ask for and the view from the sitting room on to the river is amazing. Cleanliness was first class. The welcome pack we received was a lovely touch, even the dogs got their own goodies. The vase of flowers was extra special. Review: “We loved the location of the house in a quiet cul de sac, being both close to extensive beach walks and the amenities of the town. The Moray Firth did not fail to deliver spectacular views and wildlife including dolphins and basking sharks. The house was very comfortable and well equipped; we have had a very relaxing week.
