This 2 bed property backs onto the river Nairn and is a minute’s walk to the Harbour which provides access to the East and West beaches.
The property is newly refurnished and decorated throughout.

Our two bedroom holiday cottage is attached to the B&B but is self contained with its own entrance. On the ground floor there is a light and airy living area with dining section and a small kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

A small double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the first floor are both en-suite, the double with a shower and the twin with a bath. The twin room is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living area and as such may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of four persons plus a cot. No pets are allowed. A small garden (shared with the owners) is available for guests use.

West Beach Cottage is located in the historic Fishertown Conservation area of Nairn. Comfortably sleeping 6 the cottage has been modernised and redecorated recently. It is located only 100m from miles of beautiful sandy beach.
